This one of a kind porcelain sculpture continues my exploration of external form and interior space. I often conceive of my sculptures as miniatures or models of larger, sometimes monumental, imaginary dwellings. This unique artwork was made by layering and pinching successive coils of clay, an ancient and time consuming ceramic technique. Like with most artisanal products, minor irregularities are part of artistic process.
